The best spot to photograph the layered rooftops of the Old Town. Climb Wangu Pavilion for a panoramic view of Lijiang Old Town and the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance.

The heart of the ancient city. Brightly lit at night, it is the core area to experience Lijiang's nightlife. Watch the bonfire dancing or find a quiet bar.

The sacred mountain of the Naxi people, snow-capped year-round. Take the Glacier Park Ropeway directly to 4506m, then hike to 4680m.

Formerly known as "Baishui River," named for its blue water and crescent-shaped valley. Admire the crystal-clear, sapphire-blue water at the foot of the snow mountain.

A primeval spruce forest under the snow mountain. Photos here give a quiet, "Nordic forest" vibe. A perfect choice if you miss the big ropeway tickets.

Compared to Lijiang Old Town, this place is quieter. Historically a key stop on the Tea Horse Road, it's known as the "Naxi Utopia." Rent an e-scooter and ride around.

The birthplace of Naxi culture, retaining the most primitive Naxi heritage. Find a "Rooftop Cafe" to gaze at the snow mountain and visit the famous ancient Baisha Murals.

A stone village at the foot of the snow mountain. Very niche, quiet, and far from commercial noise. Explore the stone houses and experience true secluded life.
